Jack Ambridge has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Jack started their career as an IT Apprentice at The Priory Federation of Academies, where they provided first-line support to staff and students and worked on network projects. Jack then worked as an IT Analyst on a contract basis at Interflora British Unit, where they disposed of old computers and recorded details for submission to a 3rd line support member.
After that, Jack worked as a Customer Service Associate at Tesco, where they focused on providing exceptional customer service and restocking products. Jack then moved on to a contract role as an IT Support Technician at PING, where they provided first-line support and managed support queues. Jack also undertook projects such as overhauling the multi-site printing system.
Jack's next role was as a Stock Analyst on a contract basis at Chiltern Analytics, where they conducted a stock audit of hospital stock rooms. Jack'sresponsibilities included scanning products, entering data into spreadsheets, and removing out-of-date stock.
In 2019, Jack worked as an IT Support Technician and Junior Data Analyst on a contract basis at Home From Home Care. Jack provided IT support to staff and built Power BI reports for management reporting. Later in the year, they worked as a Project Support role at THE BERKELEY GROUP HOLDINGS PLC.
Currently, Jack is employed at Roc Technologies as part of their Information Technology Service Desk.
Jack Ambridge attended Lincoln Christ's Hospital School from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a BTech degree in Forensic Science and Technology.
