Debasish Guchhait

Debasish Guchhait is a seasoned ceramics professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry, currently serving as a Technical Manager at Roca India (RBPPL) since November 2022. In addition to this role, Debasish has been the Research and Development Manager at Modern Insulators Ltd since October 2020, contributing expertise in sanitaryware, insulators, crockery, clay minerals, and raw materials. Previous positions include Technical Manager at Sibelco Group, and Casting Manager roles at Kohler India and Duravit India. Debasish began the career as Assistant Manager at HSIL Ltd.
