Usha Zalpuri

Usha Zalpuri is an accomplished HR professional specializing in digital human resources, learning and development (L&D), and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Currently serving as a Digital HR Specialist at Roca India since February 2025, Usha has a robust background in human resource business partnering, demonstrated through previous roles as Manager-HRBP at fleetx.io and Sonepar India, where responsibilities included KPI reporting and developing standard operating procedures.
