Rich Matta

Rich Matta is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Finance at Roca, Inc., since September 2020, Rich previously held similar positions at Grassroots Campaigns, where responsibilities included managing accounting, payroll, and cash flow for a $20M organization. Rich's career at State Street from 1998 to 2016 encompassed several vice president roles, overseeing corporate accounting and human resources financial needs, as well as managing significant operating expenses exceeding $100M. Earlier experiences include serving as Corporate Controller/CFO at Yushin America, Inc., and various financial roles at Haemonetics and National Medical Care, Inc. Rich holds a BSBA in Accounting and an MBA from Suffolk University.
