Alexander Grinde

Alexander Grinde has over 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering and research and development. Currently serving as R&D Manager at Roca Industry since 1998, Alexander oversees R&D initiatives, product management, and quality management in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, while also contributing as a member of the management group. Previously held the position of Technical Manager, focusing on mechanical engineering, planning, and R&D management. Earlier experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineering Technician, primarily involved in product development for boats, locks, and door/window hardware, as well as serving as a Mechanical Engineer at Gaveco Ab, where responsibilities encompassed mechanical design for equipment in natural gas vehicles and high-pressure applications. Alexander's educational background includes a degree in mechanical engineering from a continuation school attended from 1985 to 1989.
