Andrew Sawyer

Andrew Sawyer is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at Browns Hotel under Rocco Forte Hotels since March 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Executive Chef at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. Andrew also led the kitchen at Nathan Outlaw Siren at Goring Hotel from February 2019 until its closure due to COVID-19 in March 2020.
