Roger Bowles

Roger Bowles is an experienced executive in the food and retail industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Roche Bros. Supermarkets since September 2014. Prior roles at Roche Bros. included Senior Vice President of Sales and Merchandising and Senior Vice President of Operations & Facilities. Prior to this, Roger held the position of Director of Culinary at Au Bon Pain from January 2011 to August 2014 and Sales/Merchandising Manager at Shaw's Supermarkets from April 2008 to January 2011, where responsibilities included managing significant annual sales across various departments. Earlier career highlights include roles as Operations/Executive Chef at Nexstore Market, Executive Chef at The Last Mango, and Sous Chef at Eatzi's Market and Bakery. Roger completed culinary education at The Culinary Institute of America, graduating in May 2019.
