Agata Blasiak

Agata Blasiak currently serves as the Digital Health Innovation Lead at Roche, starting in March 2024. Prior to this role, Agata volunteered as a Guest Editor for the ‘Digital Therapeutics’ article collection at BMC Digital Health from September 2023 to May 2025. Agata has significant experience at The Institute for Digital Medicine (WisDM) from January 2020 to February 2024, holding the positions of Research Assistant Professor and Senior Research Fellow, with a focus on project management and strategy in digital health. Additionally, Agata led Digital Health Innovation at The N.1 Institute for Health from June 2019 to February 2024 and previously worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow there, contributing to AI-driven drug treatment optimization. Earlier experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Fellow role at the Singapore Institute for Neurotechnology (SINAPSE) from March 2016 to June 2019, focusing on drug testing and neural interfaces. Agata holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and a PhD in Bio-nano interactions from University College Dublin.
