Alexander Legel

Alexander Legel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of Compensation at Roche since July 2009. In this role, Alexander oversees the development and implementation of competitive compensation programs while consulting with senior leaders on complex compensation issues. Previous positions at Roche include HR Lead for Digital Transformation and Global HRBP for Business Development, where Alexander drove strategic workforce planning and cultural initiatives. Additional roles include Head of HR in Vietnam and various consultancy positions focused on executive remuneration. Alexander holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Potsdam, complemented by a Master's Degree in Business and Public Management from the same institution.
