Christine Huang

Christine Huang is an experienced professional in healthcare transformation and digital health, currently serving as the Head of Healthcare Transformation and Access and Head of Digital Health and FMI ecosystem at 羅氏大藥廠 from February 2024 to May 2025. Previously, Christine held various leadership roles at IBM, including People Manager of Transformation Consulting and Business Transformation Managing Consultant, from December 2015 to April 2019. Before IBM, Christine worked at Deloitte Consulting as the Service Line Leader of Digital Transformation and Deputy CIO from July 2009 to December 2015. Christine began a career in the telecom industry as the Director of Technical Professional Services Team at 安源通訊 Qware Communications and worked as a Data Warehouse Technical Consultant at gCools Technology Consultant Co. Christine holds a Master's degree in Business Administration in Biotechnology from Taipei Medical University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Services from National Chengchi University.
