Eloise Finnell-Little, PMP, serves as the Director of Sales Enablement Technology at Roche Diagnostics Corporation, leading a team that provides technology solutions and data insights to enhance the effectiveness of sales teams and supporting commercial functions. With a career at Roche Diagnostics since February 2003, Eloise has held various positions including NAM Business Process Director, Sales, and Project Leader, overseeing major initiatives such as the implementation of Salesforce and compliance with federal regulations. Prior experience includes serving as a Systems Analyst/Project Manager at Eli Lilly and as an Information Technology Consultant.
