Eva Löwenberg

Eva Löwenberg currently serves as the Global Practice Lead for Recruiting at Roche, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Eva worked at SAP from January 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading Global Strategic People & Culture Business Operations and serving as Chief Operating Officer for Global Talent Attraction, focusing on technology and innovation initiatives in talent acquisition. Eva’s earlier experience includes leading Customer Success teams at LinkedIn for the DACH region, and holding various roles at Red Hat and Dell Technologies in talent acquisition. Eva holds a Magister degree in Linguistic, Psychology, and Sociology from Technische Universität Darmstadt, completed in 2009.
