Ineke Lenssen

Ineke Lenssen currently serves as a Business Partner for R&D at Roche, where responsibilities include leading programs and teams focused on R&D projects and initiatives. Prior to Roche, Ineke was a Senior Consultant in Strategic Real Estate Management and Workplace Strategy at Republiq, managing sustainable real estate projects for municipalities and housing associations. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Dura Vermeer, where Ineke oversaw client engagement and sustainable innovations, and consulting positions at Brinkgroep and TU/e with a focus on real estate portfolio management and spatial density research. Ineke holds an Engineer’s Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management and Development from Eindhoven University of Technology.
