Judit Erdei

Judit Erdei is an experienced professional in talent growth and learning development, currently serving as a Learning Partner at Roche. Prior to this role, Judit held several positions at National Instruments, including Senior Talent Growth Manager for NI Test & Measurement at Emerson, Principal Talent Growth Program Manager, and Senior Learning and Development Program Manager. Judit also has a background in customer operations as a Customer Operations Leadership Program Manager and Senior Customer Shared Service Center Manager. Additionally, Judit took a career break for full-time parenting. Judit earned a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Debrecen from 1999 to 2005.
