Karl Wilson

Karl Wilson has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, currently serving as a Transformation & Agile Enablement Partner and Customer Experience Squad Lead at Roche since June 2019. Prior roles at Roche between April 2005 and May 2018 included Country Medical Leader, Business Operations Manager, and various other positions, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of business operations and medical leadership. Prior to this, Karl held the position of Client Excellence Director at earthware ltd and was involved with Cancer Research UK as an Action Team Volunteer. Earlier career experiences include roles as Account Manager at TBWA Paling Walters, Product Manager at Novartis, and Business Research Analyst at Merck Sharp & Dohme. Karl holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Chemistry from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained in 1996.
