Maxwell Yaw Fordjour

Maxwell Yaw Fordjour is an experienced business operations leader with a strong background in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Business Operations Lead and Ecosystem Enabler at Roche since September 2017, Maxwell has established strategic partnerships with key institutions and has driven business development initiatives in Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Gambia. Previous roles include Interim Commercial Head, where leadership focused on distributor engagement, sales management, key account management, and tender management. Prior experience also includes positions as Account Manager and Medical Representative at GSK, as well as roles at Tamale Teaching Hospital and GinaPharma LTD. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Valley View University, complemented by a certificate in Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington.
