Meher Majety

Meher Majety, PhD, is a seasoned research unit head specializing in immuno-oncology and the tumor microenvironment. They have held multiple prominent roles at Roche from 2011 to 2025, including Senior Leader of Research and Head of the Cancer Immunotherapy Department. Prior to this, Meher contributed as a postdoctoral scientist at the DKFZ German Cancer Research Center from 2006 to 2007. Academically, Meher earned a PhD in Biology with a focus on cell biology from Heidelberg University, as well as two master's degrees in biotechnology from Hochschule Mannheim and Nagarjuna University.
