Nicole Kratochwil

Nicole Kratochwil has extensive experience in clinical pharmacology and drug safety, primarily at Roche from 2008 to 2018, where roles included Senior Principal Scientist and project leadership in DMPK and pharmacometrics. Key contributions involved supporting dose selection through advanced PK/PD modeling techniques, developing innovative in vitro liver models, and applying cutting-edge analytical methods for ADME studies. Prior to Roche, Nicole conducted research as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at The University of Edinburgh, focusing on photoactivatable anti-cancer drugs, and completed a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry with a specialization in Cancer Research at the University of Regensburg, where foundational studies in biology and chemistry were also pursued.
