Omar Sherief

Omar Sherief has extensive experience in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, having served at Roche as Head of Strategy & Business Model Innovation for EMEA-LATAM and Cluster Head for India, Middle East & Africa, where responsibilities included managing significant operations and strategic initiatives from September 2019 to June 2021. Prior to Roche, Omar held various positions at Novo Nordisk, culminating in the role of Vice President & General Manager from March 2013 to September 2019, and previously worked at Ranbaxy and Zydus Group in brand management and marketing roles. Early career experience includes a position as a Medical Representative at Cadila Pharmaceuticals. Omar's academic background includes a Corporate Learning degree from Harvard Business School and a specialization in Creative Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
