Renee Montoya

Renee Montoya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Director of Recruiting Strategy at Roche since June 2014, Montoya has held roles including IWS Project Manager P&C Transformation and Supervisor of Talent Acquisition. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director of MBA Career Management at The University of Arizona, where a five-year comprehensive dashboard was developed to track employment trends, and various roles at Vanguard, where initiatives led to significant improvements in compliance and workflow efficiency. Montoya holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
