Rezwan Ahmed

Rezwan Ahmed is an accomplished Data Science Lead at Roche since November 2021, where efforts focus on developing a cloud-based clinical algorithm ecosystem to enhance clinician decision-making. Prior to Roche, Rezwan held various positions at Boston Scientific from July 2003 to October 2021, including Principal Research Scientist, where innovative work involved machine learning algorithms for pneumonia detection and characterizing physiological changes in COVID-19 patients. As a Technical Lead, Rezwan managed software engineering teams and designed applications for FDA-regulated medical devices. Additional experience includes a role as Lead Data Scientist at Retrofit, leading research on behavioral analysis for weight loss. Rezwan holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and is pursuing a Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
