Sascha Steffen is currently a Product Owner and Squad Lead in MSAT at Roche, where they supervise projects and coordinate teams within a matrix structure. Previously, they served as an MSAT Engineer/Process Developer and managed various engineering roles within a GMP-regulated environment.
