Sílvia Monteiro

Sílvia Monteiro is a seasoned Global People & Culture Business Partner with extensive experience in human resources management. They began their career as a Recruitment and Selection Consultant Trainee at Factor H and later worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Lusocede. Sílvia held various strategic HR roles at Roche from 2015 to 2019, serving as an HR Business Partner for Group Functions, a Global People & Culture Business Partner, and a Compensation Manager. Prior to that, they contributed as an HR Specialist at UCB, managing HR processes and compensation cycles across multiple European affiliates. Sílvia earned a degree in Human Resources Management from Instituto Politécnico do Porto, completing their studies in 2005.
