Louise Gillberg

Louise Gillberg has extensive experience in Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the Volvo Group, serving in various roles since November 2009. Currently acting as the Global Diversity & Engagement Manager for Group Trucks Operations, responsibilities include driving DEI and engagement initiatives. Previously, as a Global People & Culture Business Partner, Louise supported leaders in areas such as competence development and employee engagement across global and regional contexts, including Sweden, Belgium, and France. Additional roles included leading a team in Compensation & Benefits for Volvo Group Sweden and coaching a contact center team. Prior to joining Volvo, experience included roles in customer service at Liseberg, Casino Cosmopol, and SF Bio AB. Educational background includes studies at Yrkeshögskolan i Mölnlycke and Frölundagymnasiet.
