Virginie Sandrin

Virginie Sandrin is a Senior Principal Scientist and Project Team Leader in Discovery Immunology, currently engaged in a job rotation as Project Team Leader in Neuroscience. With extensive experience in drug discovery and early development, they previously worked at Roche, where they led the successful launch of Xofluza in the U.S. in 2018. Virginie earned a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and has held various academic positions, including Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Utah, where they published numerous research articles. Known for fostering teamwork and a genuine interest in people development, they possess strong organizational and communication skills.
