Walter Villar

Walter Villar is a human behavior specialist and Agile Coach at Roche, where they have worked for over 30 years. In their role as Agile Coach, Walter focuses on facilitating the transformation of individuals and teams to reach their full potential in an agile context. Previously, Walter held several leadership positions within Roche, including Talent Attraction & Retention Head, Talent Development Manager, and Business Controller. They also served as an Adjunct Professor of Creativity and Innovation at Instituto Universitario River Plate. Walter holds degrees in Public Accounting and Commercial Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, as well as an executive program in Human Resources from IAE Business School.
