Abigail Irlbeck

Abigail Irlbeck is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in health education, wellness, and yoga instruction. Currently serving as a Teaching Specialist at the University of Minnesota-Rochester since August 2023, Abigail also works as a Yoga Instructor at Rochester Athletic Club Inc and as a Yoga Teacher at One Tree Yoga, where classes focus on Hatha and other yoga styles. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at The Health Education and Resources Institute, where Abigail managed research program deliverables, and Adjunct Instructor positions at Community College of Denver and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Abigail holds a Master of Arts in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation, along with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and has undergone formal yoga training.
