Mike Fletcher

Mike Fletcher is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Director of Supplier Development at Rochester Electronics, LLC since April 2018. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Texas Instruments from 1983 to 2016, including Distribution Business/Training Manager and Marketing Director for High Volume Analog. In these roles, Mike successfully managed training for distribution partners, led channel marketing initiatives, and directed a large team that contributed to significant annual revenues. Mike's career includes an impressive track record of ramping new distributors and achieving substantial sales growth. Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University between 1979 and 1982.
