Rene Grandmaison

Rene Grandmaison serves as the Standard Products Manager at Rochester Electronics, LLC, leading three groups focused on data analytics to enhance manufacturing revenue while maintaining inventory for strategic products. Previously, Rene held various managerial roles, including Product Engineering and Control Manager, where project management and continuous improvement processes were implemented, and Manufacturing Customer Service Manager, which involved establishing a new production control organization and reducing cycle times significantly. Rene's experience extends to Fairchild Semiconductor, managing defects and equipment in several sections, and National Semiconductor, overseeing various engineering teams and defect integration. Initial experience includes a position at Digital Equipment Corporation as a senior defect engineer. Rene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Johnson & Wales University and an Associate degree from Central New England College.
