Natasha Dicks L.P.E.C. is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer and Sr. Human Resource Consultant at the Rochester Housing Authority since November 2017. Natasha provides leadership and consultation on strategies to eliminate systematic marginalization and promote inclusive practices within the organization. Prior to this role, Natasha worked at Concentrix as a Corporate Lead Recruiter, managing the recruiting life cycle, and at Adecco Group as a Certified Recruiter, focusing on large volume orders. Natasha’s earlier experience includes positions at Wegmans Food Markets, where roles ranged from Administrative Assistant to Human Resource Assistant, and at Hillside Family of Agencies as a Youth Advocate. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Howard University.
