Stef Murray has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1986 at Procter & Gamble, Stef worked as an HR Generalist, Org Dev Consultant, and Operations Manager before moving on to The Dial Corporation as a Plant Manager and Operations Manager. Stef then worked at Aramark Uniform Services as a General Manager before joining SC Johnson as a Learning & Development/Operations Manager. Stef later joined Dell, where they held the positions of Learning and Development Manager, Human Resources Generalist Sr. Consultant, and Global Human Resources Business Partner. Stef then worked at Sitel as a Sr. Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner & Talent Management. Currently, Stef is at Radius Recycling, where they have held the roles of Human Resources Director, Vice President Human Resources, and Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer and Vice President, Human Resources.
Stef Murray completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northwestern University between 1982 and 1986. In addition to their degree, Stef holds several certifications including the Advanced Executive Coaching Certificate and Executive Coaching Diploma Program from Emory University, obtained in 2023. They are also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have obtained an Executive Coaching Foundations Certificate from Emory University in the same year. Furthermore, Stef obtained the SHRM certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2002.
