Jess Fralix

Jess Fralix is currently serving as the Parking Enforcement and Operations Manager at the Rochester Institute of Technology since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jess worked as a Project Coordinator at the Human Services Research Institute from January 2024 to August 2025, focusing on statewide projects to enhance services for individuals with disabilities. From July 2021 to January 2024, Jess held the position of Assistant Director for Residence Life at Rochester Institute of Technology, overseeing daily operations for a large housing system and contributing to strategic initiatives. Jess also has experience as a Residence Coordinator, Campaigner at Change.org, and Residence Hall Director at the University at Buffalo. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a Master of Education in Higher Education- Student Affairs Administration, both from the University at Buffalo.
