John Klofas

John Klofas is a Professor of Criminal Justice at the Rochester Institute of Technology and serves as the Director of the Center for Public Safety Initiatives since 2001. Under John Klofas' leadership, CPSI focuses on locally relevant community research, primarily addressing public safety issues. The center actively involves both student and professional research staff, with a significant emphasis on issues pertinent to Rochester and Western New York. John Klofas is academically grounded with education from the College of the Holy Cross and SUNY Albany, School of Criminal Justice.
