Lisa started their career as a Consultant for Business Development and Communications at Akros. After Akros, Lisa became the New Program Development Manager, Technical Liaison for Market Solutions and Frontier Solutions at Jhpiego. In this role, they supported program and technical design for market solutions programming that encompassed innovative financing, market access & shaping, quality improvement and assurance, and private sector engagement approaches. Lisa also led business development portfolios for market solutions and frontier solutions (including predictive analytics, machine learning, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, data & pioneer technology, and more). In addition, Lisa co-managed market shaping strategic development for Jhpiego’s 2021 Strategic Refresh and contributed to the design, development, and prioritization of market solutions programming that included product introduction and scale up, frontier technologies, quality service delivery, blended and micro financing approaches and systems, and private sector partnerships. Finally, Lisa co-developed organizational health financing objectives and strategies.

Lisa Chase completed their Masters of Applied Science in Data, Economics, and Development Policy (DEPD) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Lisa then went on to complete their Master of Public Health (MPH) in Emergency and Disaster Management, Epidemiology of Infectious Disease at Tel Aviv University. Her undergraduate degree is in Economics from New York University. Lisa also has a Danish A Level Certificate from IA Sprog, and a Fellowship in Human Rights from Humanity in Action. Lisa has various certifications, including Risk and Strategic Management, Corp. in Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT), LinkedIn in Inclusive Leadership, The Johns Hopkins University in Executive Certificate in Design Thinking for Innovation, and APMG International in Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro) Level 1.
