Regina Arlauckas

Regina Arlauckas has over 20 years of professional experience, primarily in higher education and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Manager of University Advancement Staff Administration at the Rochester Institute of Technology since July 2004, responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and staff development. Previous roles at the same institution involved project management and supporting front-line fundraisers as a Development Operations Manager, as well as supporting corporate and foundation relations as a Program Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions as Executive Assistant at Otetiana Council BSA, teaching Japanese at Clemson University, and various roles in language education and support within corporate environments. Regina holds an Advanced Certificate in Service Leadership and Innovation from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in Japanese Language Pedagogy from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor's degree in English/Journalism from Clemson University.
