Rob Frasca

Rob Frasca is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the digital asset management and venture capital sectors. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of COSIMO digital, Rob has been instrumental in advancing services in asset management, advisory, and blockchain development since February 2014. In addition, Rob serves as Managing Partner at COSIMO X, the world's first evergreen venture capital fund, and as General Partner at COSIMO Y, which aims to provide diversified digital asset investment opportunities. Rob is also involved with Black Manta Capital Partners and Fortuna Custody Solutions as an advisor, focusing on digital securities and asset custody, respectively. Prior board roles include positions at Nova Leah, CityVoter, and Courageous Parents Network, along with ongoing contributions to the Dean's Advisory Board at Rochester Institute of Technology. Rob holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
