Nicolas Cindric

Nicolas CINDRIC has over two decades of extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and services industry. Nicolas started their career at HP as a Pre-sales Technical Consultant for Corporate Accounts before moving on to MGE UPS SYSTEMS, where they held the position of WW Services Marketing Manager. At Schneider Electric, they excelled as the Director of Post Merger Integration Global Field Services Offers for APC, then advanced to Vice President roles focusing on Global Field Services Transformations, Field Services Commercial, and finally, Field Services Commercial & Marketing Operations for the Americas. Most recently, Nicolas served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Rochester Midland Corporation. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated a strong track record of driving profitable growth, leading teams, and transforming service operations to enhance customer success.

Nicolas CINDRIC earned a Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics, and Project Management from Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II) in 1999. In 2012, they participated in the Schneider Electric High Potential Leadership Programs, completing the LEAP 2012 for North America in Organizational Leadership.
