Lauren MacDonough

Lauren MacDonough is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in community engagement and promotions. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra since February 2023, Lauren previously held the position of Community Engagement Coordinator at VisualDx from January 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing social media for multiple entities, leading recruitment efforts for a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee, and executing outreach to high-yield customer accounts. Prior experience includes a tenure at WROC-TV/Nexstar Broadcasting from December 2006 to January 2016, where Lauren advanced from Producer of daily newscasts to Assistant Promotions Manager, focusing on promotional content, community engagement, and event production. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Nazareth University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Syracuse University.
