Valerie Hoak

Valerie Hoak currently serves as the Corporate Director of Community Engagement at Rochester Presbyterian Home, where oversight of fundraising and marketing communications efforts occurs for a non-profit that specializes in memory care assisted living. Prior to this role, Valerie was the Vice President of Community Engagement at Kirkhaven, managing fundraising, marketing communications, and customer service operations. Experience includes serving as the Director of Development at Volunteers of America Upstate New York and the Vice President of Chapter Resource Management at the National MS Society Upstate New York Chapter, contributing strategic leadership for a $3.5 million organization. Valerie has also held leadership positions at Norman Howard School and the National MS Society Upstate New York Chapter, focusing on development and public relations initiatives. A graduate of St. John Fisher University, Valerie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Journalism and History.
