Ryan Moore

Ryan Moore is currently serving as the Manager of Geographic Information Services at Rochester Public Utilities, where Ryan has held various GIS-related titles since 2007. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a GIS Specialist at the City of Rochester's Public Works Department. Ryan also has experience as a GIS Analyst at the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Geography with a minor in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
