Will Ginos has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Will is currently the Director of Global Supply Chain at Rochester Sensors since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Sourcing and Demand Planning Manager at Rochester Sensors from August 2021 to May 2022. Before joining Rochester Sensors, Will held the position of Strategic Supply Chain Manager - Electronics at the same company from May 2019 to August 2021.

Previous to their tenure at Rochester Sensors, Will was the VP Supply Chain at International Control Services INC from August 2016 to May 2019. Will also worked as the Procurement Manager at CCK Automations, Inc. from December 2015 to July 2016 and as the Accounting / Operations Planning Manager at International Control Services INC from July 2013 to August 2015.

Prior to their roles at International Control Services INC, Will served as the Purchasing Manager at International Control Services from November 2007 to June 2013. Will also worked as the CEO at TMI Analytical from January 2006 to November 2007 and as the Chief Financial Officer at Romano Company from April 2004 to December 2006.

Additionally, Will held the position of CEO at EPL Bio-Analytical Services from October 2002 to June 2004 and worked as the Executive Director at Visiting Nurse Association of Macon County from January 2000 to September 2001. Will started their career at UPS, where they held multiple positions including Area Sales Manager from March 1999 to December 1999, Marketing Manager from January 1997 to March 1999, and Finance and Accounting Manager from June 1986 to January 1999.

Will Ginos attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
