John Gruschow

John Gruschow is an experienced technical analyst with a diverse background in IT infrastructure and web-to-print solutions. Currently serving at Rochester Software Associates since August 2013, John coordinates the installation and configuration of the WebCRD solution to optimize document ordering and production. Prior to this role, John held several positions at Eastman Kodak, contributing as a Senior Technical Consultant and Technical Consultant in various capacities, where expertise in enterprise-level solutions and IT infrastructure design was provided. Additionally, experience as a Remote Support Engineer and Computer Systems Specialist at NexPress Solutions and Business Methods, Inc. further established John's proficiency in supporting network systems, security, and graphic printing workflows. John holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Erie Community College and additional educational credentials from the University at Buffalo.
