Lee Koslow

Lee Koslow has extensive experience in workforce development and career services, currently serving as the Technical Assistance and Training Manager at RochesterWorks since October 2004. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing workforce investment board functions, data entry for various employment programs, and managing training accounts. Previously, Lee held positions such as Assistant Manager of a One-Stop Career Center, where supervision of advisory teams and ensuring customer service excellence were key duties, and as a Program Manager at Hispanic Unity of Florida, managing multiple programs with significant budgets. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and International Relations from Syracuse University.
