Jesika Sirb

Jesika Sirb is a seasoned professional in global outreach and operations management, currently serving as the Global Outreach Manager at The Rock Church since August 2013. In this role, Jesika oversees all aspects of Global Outreach and Do Something Church operations, focusing on finance, communications, short-term trips, and team dynamics to enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior to this, Jesika worked at Convoy of Hope from September 2010 to June 2013, initially as an Event Fundraising Strategy Data Coordinator, managing data for large fundraising events and donor relations, and later as an Operations Coordinator. Jesika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International/Global Studies from Evangel University, completed in 2012.
