Zap Martin

Zap Martin is a seasoned real estate specialist at The Martin Group - Big Block Realty Inc., where expertise includes assisting property owners in maximizing sale prices and guiding buyers and investors in strategic home purchasing decisions. In addition to real estate, Zap serves as a management consultant at The Rock Church, overseeing volunteer background investigations and incident reporting. As a composer and arranger for "Beloved - Children's Lullaby Music," contributions support Miracle 139, a non-profit aiding families with special needs children. Previous roles include training manager and instructor at Palomar College, investigator for the City of San Diego, and a brief tenure with the FBI. Zap holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC San Diego and an MBA from American Military University.
