As Rock City Labs' first dedicated Retention Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in constructing Email and CRM programs that drive increased engagement and conversion. You are passionate about delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right time, and will champion this approach across the business. You have a deep understanding of data analysis experience would be nice to have, above and beyond the standard, RFM analysis - customer analytic experience.

🤝 Reports To

This position reports directly to the CEO, Ben Semmar.

🔍 What We Look For

• 3+ years of working experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Database Marketing within an eCommerce environment
• Experience working with major ESPs like Klaviyo, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, etc
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle and automation best practices responsible for strategy.
