Joshua Hooks

Joshua Hooks is currently a Recruiter at Rock Dental Brands, starting in October 2023. In addition, Joshua co-owns and manages human resources for Trainer J's, a trading card game store focused on creating a welcoming environment for enthusiasts. Previous experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Smoothstack, a Technical Sourcer at Amazon, and a Technical Recruiter at Discovery IT Group, all of which ended due to layoffs. Earlier positions included Talent Executive at Revolent Group and Intern Sourcer roles at Gainwell Technologies and DXC.technology. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas and is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
