Sérgio Martello

Sérgio Martello is an experienced professional in product ownership and system analysis, currently serving as a Product Owner for the Squad de Conexões at Rock Encantech since January 2025. Previously, Sérgio held product ownership roles at Propz focusing on Integration and Projects and RX-Retailer Experience, along with a tenure as a Site Reliability Engineer at XP Inc. and senior positions in business analysis at Klin Produtos Infantis and Avon Cosmetics. Sérgio's background also includes expertise in IT governance and project management, with a history of developing enterprise architecture standards at Bayer Crop Science and managing projects at BM&FBOVESPA. Sérgio holds an MBA in Enterprise and Business Administration from FGV and a B.S. in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
