Maya Chan is an experienced research assistant currently at Brigham and Women's Hospital since March 2021 and has been involved with Rock Health since November 2019. Prior roles include researcher at MGH Center for Cross-Cultural Student Emotional Wellness, where Maya performed thematic analysis and developed culturally-sensitive intervention proposals, and co-founder of the first Pan Asian mental health conference at Washington University in St. Louis. Additional experience includes serving as a resident advisor, teaching assistant, and undertaking various internships, such as at Boston Medical Center's Epilepsy Telehealth program. Maya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis and has also completed a program at Fudan University.
