Larry Vaughan has extensive law enforcement experience at the Rock Hill Police Department, where service began in June 1990. Over the years, Larry has held various positions, progressing from Police Officer to Lieutenant, with responsibilities including Commander of the Criminal Investigations Division and SWAT Team, as well as Sergeant in the Bike Patrol and Traffic Unit. Additional roles included handling K-9 units and narcotics operations. Larry's education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Winthrop University, complemented by training at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.
